This is a deposit to secure my expert professional travel services, with the Travel Commitment Deposit built into your package cost.

It covers many things, including sharing with you my time, expertise and knowledge; researching the best options for you, confirmation of Border Entry requirements for you; confirmation of Immunisation and Border Entry requirements; destination information and first-hand travel knowledge; monitoring of your trip for any changes to your plans or requirements; preparation of your Travel Documents. If for any reason you do not proceed with the trip in full, or it is cancelled, this deposit becomes non-refundable.

Vaccinations and COVID proof of vaccination

Certain countries and Principals require that travellers be vaccinated against specific infection (including but not limited to COVID vaccinations) and/or diseases. TravelManagers strongly recommends that you check with your doctor and the Embassies of countries to which you are travelling to with respect to any health requirements. Travel and entry requirements are constantly evolving. Whilst your personal travel manager will assist you in navigating these travel requirements, you are ultimately responsible for all medical & travel-related documentation required by state, federal or international authorities that allow entry or exit into their state, territory, return to Australia or overseas travel from Australia to another country.  You should ensure that you have satisfied yourself that you have all the required documents before booking your travel and keep yourself up to date on any changes to these requirements. Please refer to the Smart Traveller Website. You authorise TravelManagers Australia to store a copy of your COVID vaccination certificate and forward to any Principal as reasonably required. You acknowledge that your failure to produce a copy of a valid COVID vaccination certificate may lead to your booking being cancelled and as a result, you may incur cancellation fees which will be subject to the Principals’ terms and conditions as well as the fee’s outlined in clauses 5.2 and 5.3 in the TravelManagers Terms and Conditions.

Understanding current travel conditions

The travel arrangements you have requested are being booked whilst there are current travel bans in place for Australians to travel internationally until further notice. It is your sole responsibility to ensure you have the correct permission to enter a state or territory or to depart or re-enter Australia. You are also responsible for all medical & travel-related documents required by state, federal or international authorities that allow entry or exit into their state, territory, return to Australia or overseas travel from Australia to another Country. Your change and cancellation fees for this trip are listed within your itinerary. All deposits, fees and commissions are non-refundable at any time, for any reason.

You acknowledge that at the time of your intended travel date, travel restrictions or revised restrictions may still be in place and all cancellation fees and service fees advised at the time of booking will be charged if your travel arrangements need to be cancelled or postponed for any reason or you are denied entry to a state or territory. In you decline payment to the supplier on an Agency Credit Card, to the maximum extent permitted by law, you waive any claims whatsoever against your Personal Travel Manager and TravelManagers Australia for any loss as a result of the suppliers failing to provide the services paid for due to supplier insolvency.

You are also responsible for all medical & travel-related documents requirements required by state, federal or international authorities that allow entry or exit into their state, territory, return to Australia or overseas travel from Australia to another country.
